The African Center for Quality Journalism and Research is an Accra-based think tank that uses data and digital tools to promote quality journalism and public accountability in Africa.
The Center achieves this objective through stakeholder engagement, advocacy campaigns, research, and public education on major issues of both national and global concern.
JUSTFACT GHANA promotes public accountability and accountable journalism through fact-checking. We identify claims, conduct thorough research, and engage the claimants where appropriate before rendering our verdict dispassionately, unaffected by biases or agendas.
JUSTFACT GHANA is nonpartisan and upholds the principles of independence, fairness, and accountable journalism.
The primary objective of our work at JUSTFACT GHANA is to sanitise the information ecosystem to improve democratic structures and promote transparency, good governance, and public accountability in Ghana and Africa.
